0% alcohol

Post by 26.12.11 » Thu Oct 22, 2020 11:26 pm

Have just read Guinness is doing an alcohol free version. Guinness was my guilty pleasure pre pank. I only had it maybe once a year usually Boxing Day.
I might have to try a drop. It must be better than cold tea and lemonade (my lager drink).

I hope it tastes the same for you as the normal one and isn't disappointing. I never drank it, apart from one taste that is, and it was not pleasant  . I won't be rushing to the off licence  I remember back in my youth and nursing days, we used to give it as a tonic to some patients, and it was pretty routinely given to nursing mothers.

Pail I don’t like the Becks blue. Lidl do one that is nice. It just makes a change from Guinness Clear. I always check for 0.0% some put that on label then when you check there is the 0.05 in the small print.
