A little ditty

Post by Sacha » Wed Nov 22, 2017 7:09 pm

Oh, how I loved my cake
Every type you can ever bake
But now my gallbladder has been ejected
I'm feeling very, very dejected
I can no longer eat my beloved cake :( :(

Thanks Paul. Any empathy gratefully received.
On a more positive note, there are always gingernuts :)

Bummer on the cake Sacha! :( :(

I always think it’s worse to know that you can’t eat something because all of a sudden it becomes ultimately appealing. It’s quite possible that if you could eat as much cake as you want, you may not bother.

Like your ditty though   .

Hugs

I enjoy a slice of McVitie's Lyle's Golden Syrup and also their Jamaica Ginger cake.

Yummy at 2.7gms a slice.

Writing a ditty
is not witty
when you're feeling ........
More's the pity

 :)

I like lemon drizzle cake. One of my five a day, and only 3 units of Humalog :D

you’re a poet and you don’t know it.

What’s the time?
10 to 9
Hang your knickers on the line.
When they’re dry, bring them in
Put them in the biscuit tin
Eat a biscuit, eat a cake
Eat your knickers by mistake

I have no idea why but that always tickles me. I have such a sophisticated sense of humour

Hugs

Here is a little ditty I promise if you sing it once you will sing it every Christmas for ever more .

Sung to the music of Magic Moments / Cadbury's tins of sweets .

It wasn't my thumb that tickled your bum it was my finger ...Magic Moments ......

Happy Christmas

There was an old man from t’ city
Whose doctor said ‘t was a pity
That he had pancreatitis
But don’t worry I can right this
Take these pills 3 times a day with meals
Come back in 12months and see how it feels.
