I imagine phone call appointments have their place, but there is nothing like a face to face appointment for the most part. Doctors can see things they wouldn't on the phone, or even a video appointment. It is completely different and down to more basic technical results without the help of viewing ...

Never enough toilets on hospital wards, even modern ones. I don't know who designs them. Worse of course are bedpans or commodes. Worse again are needing bedpans or commodes during visiting, which these days(well non Covid normal visiting times) with such long visiting times :lol: :oops: .
