Prtince William was in the country at the time so we are more or less settling on the names:

LORD LOUIE

LORD WILLIAM

LORD HARRY

LORD CHARLES

all Of RALEIGH

The vet thinks they are the healhtiest and most forward of the pups he has seen for their age.WE AGREE!
$140.80 for vet fees and a small packet of puppy calcilum bisciuts. That is their first major inspection over.

Ray - that's amazing!
I never thought you would have named your pups after the ( ours and your ) royal family!!
Prince William must have made a good impression - I had been waiting for you to say something about his visit - and this is the best you could have said!

Prince William really made an impression....... Not reported in the news apart from the local internet newspage.     While walking to open the Court House he shook every hand held out to him and as he brushed past a teenager, she kissed him on the cheek and when he stopped an looked at her she said in NZ we only give one kiss."  William said, "Well were I come from we kiss both cheeks." and he promptly did so.
The girl in a state of shock could only say to the press "I'm never going to wash my face again!"

While in the children hospital ward he kicked all the press out because one fell over a child.

He cooked on the BBQ and our PM drank the beer.

Even anti-royalists liked William

Mum is somehere behind all those arms and legs and fat bellys

After a good feed then a good sleep is the order of the day - These pups are perfect - best litter yet?????

And terror runs through the house as Amanda (MANDY) takes over

After 3 week the pups can hold their ears and tails up and can walk bout - eyes took twoo keeks to open instead of 10.
WE are quite amazed, as was the vet, at how advanced these pups are. I have nick named one "Bulldozer' as when he spots food he just opens his mouth and keeps on walking, siphoning in all food in front of him. The other s stand and eat like gentlemen. They have only started on solids (scrambled eggs this week)  Boiled mince and weetbix will be next.  I would say in another week they will be allowed to run around outside.. One of the Kennel Club requiremets for the perfect papillon is to have a wide white blaze between the ears with an equal mount of black around each eye and ear.. Puppies to be more white than black. -

Thery show ring animals if that is what the buyers want to do. They are physically perfect from our open breeding programme - no line breeding or similar allowed in our kennels

There is something wonderful in watching a puppy grow up - it gives you warm fuzzies

I am wondering where the ladies are too.  Females pups are worth a $100 more each than the males. All puppies are now drinking milk out of  saucer - this is only to give Della, the mother, a bit of a rest.

Puppies need to feed off their mothers for a minimum of eight weeks. This is to ensure they obtain all the antibodies they require to live a healthy life. Never buy a puppy under 8 weeks old or you will be faced with a lot of vet bills in 4+ years time. Too often we see six and seven week old puppies for sale in pet shops - sure they like pretty and are cuddly but the first person to sneeze on top of them can give them the flu or some other disease. AT 8 weeks we get the puppies immunised and wean them. They are ready for sale at 9 weeks but we often hold till 10 weeks (Very necessary as our pups are sold with a guarantee that they conform to breed and are disease free - we are one of very few breeders who do this) In 12 years we have only had to replace one pup .......it GREW TOO BIG!)

Good on you Ray.
I have always thought that even 8 weeks is to young to leave the mother and litter as they also need the socialising and learn some manners from mum and the litter mates to be a dog first. Humans come after.

Says a lot for the lads if the girls fetch higher money Laughing  Laughing ..I know its cos of the breeding aspect.

Do you allow breeding from your girl pups.. Just asking cos i had a prohibition put on my GSD by the breeder..not that i would breed from her as she has got a medical problem..

It does seem very unusal for a litter to consist of all males. Have you heard of a single gender litter before..
